What fucking issue?
Dragon claw is more than good enough and outrage is amazing. Most moves of that power have an accuracy nerf or something. You have to deal with being locked into it for 2-3 turns
Get back to me when you try to use a physical ghost type and have to rely on shadow claw IF YOU EVEN GET THAT

No anon you don't get it, Dragon type should have a 150 BP 100 ACC physical move with no downsides that hits fairies for supereffective damage. Dragons should be an instant win condition just like they were in gens 3-5.

I have no horses in this race, as the only Dragon move I proactively use is Draco.
Dragon is shit as an attack type, and the only reason you would ever use Outrage over Dragon Claw as a Physical move is for RAW PENETRATIVE ATTACK POWER!
But a 90 BP Physical would render it obsolete because of the risks of a all in move.

I'm not saying we need a "150 BP 100 ACC" dragon move, but Outrage is definitely not Earthquake, only that move gets the "Amazing" label.

What part of "Dragon is shit as an attack type" do you not understand? If you have to turn it into a NUKE(which is crappier than all other types) to justify it, then you already subconsciously know what's up.

This isn't a debate kid, it's facts.
Normal would be considered a great attack type by your logic.
Neutral on everything except Steel, Rock, and Ghost.
Normal and Dragon are filler types for when a Pokemon has literally no other choice. Even Grass, a type regarded as shit has more use in competitive play.
