So now that LGPE is basically confirmed to communicate with gen 8 with Pokemon home will the LGPE moves be available as well?
I'm just curious if normal Eevee will be able to learn them through breeding but the special Eevee will probably be unbreedable. Thoughts?

Those moves aren't coming along and the partner's won't be transferable. GF's not letting either of them near Light Ball or Eeveeium Z.

No. Those moves are broken as all hell, and only exist in the data of LGPE. These moves will never be put into the SWSH data, meaning you will not transfer any of those Pokemon over.
