The Pokemon Provincial challenge.

You're not one for adventure. Maybe you don't like the outdoors much, maybe you're focusing on things back home, maybe you just never had the inclination. Whatever the reason, you just never left home.

That doesn't mean you can't still train Pokemon though!

The rules
>Pick one town anywhere in the Pokemon world, that is where you live!
>You can only design your team with Pokemon from that city, and the connecting routes.
>Can't catch Pokemon from neighbouring towns and cities, only routes connecting to your town.
>Can't travel more than 2 routes away, no matter what.
>Dead end locations are part of the route they're on

For example:
>Start in Cerulean City
>Can catch and fish in the city.
> Have access to Route 5.
> Have access to Route 4 and Mt Moon, but not Route 3 because that is more than 2 routes travel.
>Have access to both Route 24 and 25
>Have access to Route 9 and Route 10
>Don't have access to Rock Tunnel as it's more than 2 routes away
>Do have access to the power plant as it's a dead end location on Route 10.
