Pokemon Quest, Pokemon Duel, TCG is arguably gacha.
Pokemon Picross isn't gacha but it's jewer than most gachas out there so if you're bitching about predatory games it counts.
I don't remember if Puzzle or that not-rumble ones are gacha.

Honestly, I thought Pokemon Go was the beginning of the end but things are still fine.

Only difference now is that it looks like its gone full blown Fate Grand Order. So now we're gonna see them whales spending thousands to roll their favorite waifus instead of being some summer fad game.

As opposed to just accepting they've outgrown it and it no longer has any their particular interests in mind. Abandoning something because it's shit is easier than abandoning something you realize you're no longer the target audience and it just doesn't appeal to you anymore.

Eh, I've come to terms that the series wont evolve and I'm fine with that. At this point the series is just a small dosage of nostalgia that comes every couple of years, not much investment, I'm not even a competitivefag.

I've also tried quite a few romhacks that either tried to be "mature" and/or "difficult" and in the end, it usually just means edginess and artificial difficulty.

Without new pokémon, it starts to stagnate. /vp/ is so full of underages, they think that because TPC is spreading into niches that other studios have, they think Pokémon is dead, despite Game Freak being the creators of Pokémon and Game Freak showing no signs of willingly stopping the money-printing machine just yet (Even Gear team is being done with the intent on taking the lessons learned from there and implementing them into Core series development in the future).

So I take it you haven't played it.

Pokémon Picross is actually playable without putting money even once, you just have to pick the points every day. And if you do want to spend money, you can just put a couple of bucks to unlock everything and play it in one go. Only ONE payment and you're free, it's not for lives or other shit that gets you stuck again. It's actually the LEAST jew free-to-play Pokémon games.

Don’t forget Go, Magikarp Jump, and Shuffle. Now that I think about it there are actually more Pokemon games that aren’t as Jewish as others when it comes to their freemium practices, the only one that comes to mind is Duel and even they changed their services a bit.
