By that I don’t mean Alolan forms but minor differences like every Spinda having a different pattern. There’s also a lot of different Magikarp variant in that tacky mobile game.
Shellos/Gastrodon are also (slightly weaker) examples for it.
Would be pretty cool if Pokémon of the same species wouldn‘t all look identical. Even slight differences in colorations/patterns would work.
