Are there any good pokemon romhacks and if so, which are the best? I feel like playing one but I haven't tried any yet.

vega minus is very good, only downside is the harsh difficulty; vega is the same game except even harder
reborn for the memes
pokemon cyan is good, has difficulty a tad above the mainline games (i'm always ~3-6 levels underleveled), and your choices change the game
solar light is pretty amazing if a bit easy
clover is clover of course
everyone should have played at least part of insurgence
