I've been finding these a lot. I think it's some kind of bot that has some kind of algorithm when it comes to coming up with titles and it just uses Pokemon titles in order to be more visible. Majority of them don't make any sense.

I acutally looked up more about them, apparently it's some organization that makes specialized songs for kids that are dying or permanently disabled. They just sing about how cool the kid is and things they like, I guess there are lot of kids dying out there that like Pokemon. I felt pretty bad afterwards.
