Amusingly enough it was Pokemon that made me anti-gambling.
The rigged slots were step one. The tgc booster packs were step two. I haven't enjoyed the concept of gambling since learning early on from both that I just didn't get a big enough "rush" from spending hundreds for a less than 10% chance for a rare prize.
Yes, Pokemon made me fully consider booster packs to be adult gambling. They should be regulated just like lootboxes aught to be.
