With a new Gen coming soon, it's fun to imagine. I'll start us off with Poison:

A Platypus Pokémon, since they have venom (maybe only the males are Poison type, because I think only males have the venom claws)
>Poison/Electric
An atom/nucear radiation sort of Pokémon, like an uncontained Voltorb.
>Poison/Steel
Was kinda bummed when Meltan arrived, cause I wanted the first liquid metal Pokémon to be based on toxic liquid Mercury
>Poison/Ice
Most obvious choice is a long frozen virus/bacteria from the ice age that slowly melts and becomes an amoeba of sorts
>Poison/Psychic
Maybe this would be some humanoidish plague doctoresque thing? Not sure
>Poison/Fairy
Probably just some typical pixie/imp, though I'd love this type for a proper Goblin
