Base stats are not everything as where they go is usually what matters most. But when you have uber legendaries, It is almost negligible as they have enough to go around. So yes, this is the "strongest team" if we don't count Zygarde Complete.

If we're going by base stats alone then it's actually Rayquaza(Mega), Kyogre(Primal), Groudon(Primal), Arceus, Mewtwo, and your choice of Black or White Kyurem. For some reasons you can have both primals and a mega on the same team.

Kyogre could do that and more in less days. I didn't say they were weak but weak compared to other legendary pokemon. Though we don't know how strong the storms it could cause are, we do know that it can destroy houses by just flapping its wings.

Typings, abilities, and movesets all matter a whole lot. Arceus/Mewtwo/Lugia/Ho-oh/Rayquaza/Dialga could be swept by a single Xerneas that gets its Geomancy off under the right conditions, or even maybe by an Unburden Belly Drum Slurpuff or something really embarrassing like a Clefable that only attacks with Metronome.

You can have Zygarde complete, both primals, mega fug, ultra negrozma and Ash Greninja ( L O L ) on a single team, but good luck getting gren to morph in AG
