A three stage Therezinosaur starting as a raptor style and progressively getting larger claws, longer neck and fatter.
Also more non-fossil ancient life. Tropius is a great example. A lot of ancient marine life could be first stage pokemon, dunkleostus could be a mega Relicanth, ice age mammals, someone mentioned the Dodo and Elephant Bird...there's a lot of material.

They should honestly just make more Pokemon based on prehistoric stuff that aren't JUST "the fossil Pokemon of the generation." They could do things a lot more freely that way.
