The changes I proposed make it completely usable in-game from beginning to end, and even makes it a valid pick for bottom-tier competitive play. It still has the stats of an early-game Bug Pokemon, but it is clearly a step above, and a good and fun pick. It's not "traditionally shit" (look at Vivillon, it has a 411 BST and is great to use), but it's not taking it a step too far, either.
That other anon wanted a 540 BST physical sweeper at level 18.
