This is a thread for finding the Pokemon RBY guide book that supposedly has images of Kotora and Honoguma in it based off information from an anon.
Here's the information we have on it.
https://archive.nyafuu.org/vp/thread/38709786/#q38711491 So basically what we're looking for is an unofficial British or European RBY guide book associated with the magazine Pokemon World that also has information on the cards, is possibly blue, and has joke pokemon cards featuring one with an Onix putting bricks in a wall and saying "just another brick in the wall".
I've done some research and found some unofficial Pokemon RBY guides that seem to fit the description so I'll post the images of them and the anon that says he saw Kotora and Honoguma in the guide/magazine can reply and say whether any of them are what we're looking for.

Well, I found a blue unofficial Pokemon card magazine that contains the Onix "Just another brick in the wall" joke and other pop culture references that match the description exactly. Honoguma and Kotora are not in it. However, the jokes might have been reused in another magazine and the RBY guide that I posted as the OP image is from the same publisher.

Secondly after flicking through, I think it's either missing pages, or it's a slightly different edition to the one in the OP, but they aren't the exact same.

The speech bubbles had really cheesy dialogue that didn't fit the pokemon through the magazine like "Look into my eyes grr" and they call the catching tutorial dude a woman.
I don't remember seeing Kotora or any weird pokemon in it.

I had a magazine similar to this. Had a picture of an edgy ash and an angry pikachu on the front. Had weird mini guide to kanto. Had map of the whole game in it. Also a part about gen 2. But this was before the games were out in Japan so the writers made up alot of the names and types. For example they thought celebi was grass/ghost type. It also had articles on how to spot fake pokemon toys and cards. Alot of it was inaccurate but kinda cool.
