Fucking can't climb trees in Pokémon to find specific species or gaining the ability to increase the height you can climb to in late game so you can reach the top of an early game area where you can find an egg of a strong Pokémon. Just spitballing here but yeah, even if they released Pokémon models over time through updates so you can get Pokémon from previous gens, I'd accept that
