>>38737356>If all 10-18 years olds are all out doing their journeys, then where are they getting their basic education? Not everyone goes on a journey, and not everyone who does gets very far. Some people probably just take a month to get a badge or fail trying to and that's that.
>How is there always "new" Pokemon being discovered every couple years? Aside from the fact that some species are just rare and might go relatively unknown to most people, they also may be lesser known in other regions. In addition, there are some strange instances where pokemon only seem to have appeared recently, such as the Klink line appearing only in the past 100 years. There's likely a mix of factors at play, but generally new regions aren't entirely full of 100% newly scientific discoveries.
>Why should Pokemon listen to humans?Have you seen a wild pokemon? They literally use moves at random. If they know a move that would beat their opponent, they have a 25% chance of actually thinking to use it. Not to mention EV training, TMs, and other benefits that allow them to get stronger while under the care of humans.
If pokemon didn't benefit from listening to humans, they wouldn't.
