Volt switch moves isn't broken at all. The only things running volt switch in ou that aren't electric types is AV gearna.

Even then the Electric types don't even always pack it, Zone does, The washing machine does most of the time, Zapdos only sometimes and Koko uses u turn more times than not.

Volt switch does not need a nerf at all and is not remotely overpowered.
