The first region is home to all the forgotten beta pokemon that haven't had their concepts revisited or brought back (i.e., It'd have things like Madame the farfetch'd evo and the Wolfman line but not gen 2's version of Leafeon or the original version of the legendary beasts). I'd also include new Mega Evolutions that were either scrapped or neglected, such as for Flygon (who stays ground/dragon because he's a fucking dragon, and a new stat spread that makes him more of a mixed attacker), Milotic (give it Multiscale), and Hydreigon (it keeps Levitate and stays Dragon/Dark but he gains slew of new poison moves to compensate). Other potential candidates would be Madame the Farfetch'd evo, Octillary (who becomes Water/Steel when it mega evolves, gains increases to it's defenses, and now has Shell Armor as it's mega design is just the beta version with the shell tank armor with minor alterations), and Clefable (who I'll admit I'm biased on and probably doesn't need it but I do like Clefable and liked the design in pic related).
I'd also probably give some things unique moves or Z-Moves as well, give Chesnaught and Delphox their own battle bond transformations so Greninja doesn't hog the spotlight (even though he's my favorite of the three he still shafted them), give the Gen 5 Starters unique Z-Moves and better move pools and the Gen 2 and 4 Starters Mega of their own.
Second Region is just a Region of my own design because who wouldn't want to create some of their own mons? Would add unique mons with unique type combinations, ice types that don't require the entire type chart to be discarded and redrawn to be good, a Dolphin (still surprised we don't have a dolphin, Kyogre might be an Orca but they're more based off of Leviathan and still not a bottlenose or something), and two evil teams like ORAS.
Also I'd make Pokemon Z. Poor Zyggy.
