Then you go to this restaurant full of hope, order a good steak or a pizza.

And then it sucks, but not sucks a bit, it just fucking sucks but you paid for this shit and you have to eat it. And the more you eat it the more you realize that this steak sucks so bad they should be ashamed of making food. You go home sick and disgusted, you spend the night shitting in the bathroom.

The day after the restaurant is still there and you wonder why and how.

That's Bethesda now. It died after Morrowind.

kimgdom come took nearly a decade to make and doesn't give you nearly as much character freedom, too
these sorts of games are probably the most challenging to make it all, the fact that bethesda can put them out more than once a decade is impressive by itself
