I notice that the easiness of replicating a meme is inversely proportional to the quality of it. That's probably why MS Paint comics were decent and somewhat thought out, even if they weren't drawn that well. Anyone can make a crappy MS Paint comic, but that requires effort when one can just slap words on an image to make something resembling a bad political cartoon made by some senile baby boomer.
