From what I saw, Aster was the previous Lorekeeper and she died as of the ORAS special in the Pokemon Manga. Zinnia was chosen as the next lorekeeper because she was the most qualified out of everyone available but was not the best option they had and was proven true when she went on a rage quest to have her so called revenge, meet up with Rayquaza to form an partnership and nuke the meteor while mixing her personal issues into the matter. Aster the Pokemon is not Aster the Lorekeeper. Aster is named AFTER the said Lorekeeper and presumably came after and not before seeing how Zinnia decided to name her after Aster as what I can assume to be a momento as people sometimes do with deceased ones they had a deep emotional attachment to or any sort of relation that happens to be significant.
Unless you mean her being pure in her motives which would be somewhat true seeing how she pretty much fucked everything up from the beginning with several instances of interference with the Protagonist and co.’s plans in both the games and the Manga, but since this is 4chan, you probably mean whether or not she is a virgin in which case I have to call retardation on this because there is nothing thus far to suggest whether or not she is, with more evidence leaning towards her being pure given the chronology and especially in the games with mannerisms seeing how she shows more of an opposing but later supportive role in the story aside the exposition she provides at the Sky Pillar.
She encourages you to battle her initially and even praises you and continues on in her path, believing that her way is the way is the correct one with zero hints to her having feelings for anyone but the previous Lorekeeper, Aster, whom she saw as important to her.
In the Manga, when Aster died, Zinnia was a small child then- Zinnia is younger than Aster the Lorekeeper and Aster the pokemon is a possible momento.
