Like what happened with pokeaim in Feb 2018 (Ambipom rising to UU), imagine you have a following big enough to boost the usage rate of any Pokemon you want

I'd exploit the metric and get Golem-Alola to OU

The reason a small minority of people were annoyed by Ambipom rising was because it's a shitmon that new/shit players seem to latch on to by some unexplained rule of physics. No one would be annoyed by Ledian rising, everyone knows it's bad.

If you really want to annoy people, pick something that's a staple in a lower tier, like Metagross or Incineroar.
