Is there anything exclusive to this thing? How do I even get the later walking courses now that wifi has been shut down?

Pikachu with Fly/Surf is the only thing IIRC. There's also way to connect to wifi. Google it because I'm not spoonfeeding you.

There were some Pokemon with egg moves, some baby Pokemon. It was all pretty good during Gen 4.

And the surf/fly Pikachu were the best

Too bad you have to delete their moves to transfer them so the biggest draw of the PokeRadar is now 100% worthless.

What? Why? I wanted to get a munchlax with explosion this way. are pokewalker pokemon not compatible with the bank, even if you transfer them over to gen 5? If so, why?

It worked for me and I'm using my pokewalker those days, trying to catch a torchic with 10000 steps.
If you're stucked with the trick because your internet box uses a different protection than WEP, use your phone creating an access point without security and connect with your ds, have fun anon.

i found a way around the router protection thing by just straight up turning off my security and making my wifi free with no password.

i did this by going into my router webpage (usually the ip address on the sticker underneath) and turning off the need for a password.
