I doubt they'll actually show the starter evolutions. I seem to recall that for the announcements building up to the past few games, the starter final evolutions were some of the last pieces of news they revealed

They will reveal the pokemon Joypu, Weasense, Ibrisk. Maybe a reveal of Eqolos(Sudo-legendary). Some locations, more of the industrial area, a new form of evolution. Only a few hours to find out

Sans the start evos, I believe your list is pretty realistic. For the past two gens, the first evos weren’t revealed until late September/early October.
I’d also add possibly getting the art of the player characters.
