It was a good movie and I liked it, /pol/-lite can get fucked when they sperg out about a black lead character. They can't even take solace in the fact that his dad is Ryan Reynolds

I liked it. The writing was tight and every plot thread they introduced was wrapped up cleanly. The CGI for the Pokemon was great. I went in expecting disappointed but I was extremely pleasantly surprised.

I think so. But the question is could it beat Endgame for the award? I'd like to think so because Endgame tried nothing new. The assemble scene was magnificent and a triumph of CGI but I feel like Pokemon deserves it for seamlessly blending its CGI characters into the environment and having the designs be the perfect balance of realistic and cartoony.
