Thats like saying dream radar is a "real" pokemon game cause you get pokemon from it to use in mainline.

That's because of the brand new system, I would even be okay with calling lets go a gen 7 game and that's why it can't retrieve Pokemon but GO is definitely not a real game because it fits in no generation and lacks the details and even doesnt include speed which will likely be randomly generated once you transfer in just like LGPE does.

There are a lot of things i do not like about let's go but i actually ended up really liking my pikachu and it makes me sad that she probably won't be able to go to galar with me

This is gonna be slighty worse than the time i had to leave spiky eared pichu and pikachu libre behind in their games, at best the ash cap pikachus maybe will be able to be transfered, but the partner pikachu from let's go it's like a little baby that needs to be protected and i just wish she could be with my other pikachu and pokemon in galar

Neither of the things you said matter. Also, I know GameFreak makes bad decisions, but there was never a chance of the Partner Pokemon going to main titles. GameFreak doesn't want the Partner Pikachu anywhere near Light Ball, or the Partner Eevee anywhere near Eevium Z.

Partners are untradeable and required to progress in LGPE because they replace HMs in the overworld

Awakening Values (candy boosts) are not the same as EVs, and EVs aren't used in LGPE
They also cannot convert AVs to EVs properly since AVs are not limited to 510 so they'll either

Also, Dream Radar was developed by Creatures and Burnet and IDZ mentions even made it into Gen 7. It's not main series but it's a canon game for sure.
