Will'o'wisp fire/fairy could make sense with the setting. I'd also definitely be down to see electric/dark and bug/dragon, purely from a 'potentially cool design' standpoint.

Pure flying. Tornanus is the least used of the trio (iirc) and we deserve a good mono flying.

Also Ground-Electric and Ground-Fighting, I had a thought in the shower about Diggersby being a Ground-Fighting type sumo wrestler rabbit, I mean it's already fat so you know.
