>>38771346It's a weird method and it's not necessarily official (could be a glitch, could be an easter egg, but it works):
>Save your game (don't save again until the last step)>Breed 6 rotoms (1 for each form, I say "breed" because it only works at level 1)>Go to Kukui's basement>Convert each rotom to each different form (all of them + base form)>Head to the battle tree>Press L+R+Start+Select>Rotom dex will say a random line and then never say anything again>Save game, problem solvedIt's weird and really complicated, but from what I understand, there are voice lines that have a small chance of playing when you have a rotom of each form. They're considered "special voicelines" and have a different datatype than the rest of rotom's lines to account for an event in your party happening. When you're at the battle tree, other "special voicelines" that have to do with the battle tree are in conflict with all 6 rotom voicelines being available at once. This leaves the rotomdex's speech functionality in limbo and his dialogue stops popping up because it's stuck in an undecided state, thus never speaking again because it's still processing the battle tree/rotom dialogue conflict. His lines are separate from the navigation itself, so you have everything except the voice lines.
