Ok someone refreshen my memory please because i forgot. I know that Dialga represents time, Palkia represents space, Arceus represents God. But wtf does Giratina represent? The devil?

Giratina represents Goddess Izanami and the Disortion World is the Yomi. Look up those.
The description of the Yomi is somewhat similar to the Disortion World, even both can be accessed through random holes in mountains or other rock formation. You can also feel how Izanami inspired Giratina's design with the maggot mottif.

This. If there's one think I dislike about Gen 4, it's the way it led to western players framing Arceus and Giratina as "God & Satan" in the Judeo-Christian sense. Arceus is closer to being an accidental creator in the mythos anyway.
