There’s a thread on /v/ about vidya rumors you fell for, and I never heard of the “Bill’s Secret Garden” until just now. There’s no doubt that pokemon (namely gens 1-3) had the most of these kinda things.

I remember having legit dreams as a kid about going to space in the rocket, and fighting deoxys/jirachi in space. Weird it came to fruition (sorta) years later.
Can’t find much on gen 2 rumors weirdly.
