Most likely, unfortunately. Skarm's one of my favourites, the "every-man" with a low BST and no OP ability, but still sinks his claws into OU every gen. If only he had a 20 HP buff like his counterpart Mantine did, he's be set for life.

Skarmory still has high usage in high elo and is still really good at what it does with few real "replacements". If at all it would probably be UUBL because the usage would be too low but it would still be a little too much for UU.

Skarm's always impressed me with how it's managed to stay so high with so low a BST.
Imagine what it could do with some real numbers backing it, like god damn, you could take Lando's massive Attack Stat and bring it down to 10 and it'd have the same god damn BST as Skarmory then.

Mimikyu is likely to drop by the end of USUM but at the same time I can see it get banned from UU. That thing is a huge middle finger towards momentum and that's a massive plus
