Currently Latias (both mega and regular).
Any previous gen it would have been Latios.

Despite what vr rankings say, their megas are both pretty good. Mega Latios runs 3 attacks Roost, Mega Latias runs 2 attacks Roost and then (CM/Defog/TWave). Non mega both are trash.
