I don't even disagree with you on the sentiment that "There's a good chance there's bullshit mixed in with the leak, and people will wrongly believe that 50% correct = 100% confirmed", but the leak has nothing that could be considered wrong or contradictory as of now.
Plus, there's details in the leak that are confirmed that weren't explicitly mentioned, but seen, in the trailer and website, like camping and the chipmunk.
