Why would they show fully evolved Pokemon? Corviknight is clearly the final stage regional bird mon and gameplay showed Drednaw at lvl 55, clearly indicating its fully evolved (or doesn't have pre-evolutions). The only Pokemon shown that might evolve is Wooloo. It kind of ruins the fun of speculating what it'll evolve into.
