No why would you ever want an open world pokemon game BoTW is shit and empty, straight narrow corridores are much better, give Gamefreak a break they are a small indie company with 10 employees and 5$ budget

Who fuckijg claimed Pokemon was ever open world? Do you suffer from hallucinations or something? Pokemon has always been linear. Earlier games have been less linear, but never open world.
Zelda was open world in the sense that roadblocks were dungeon items. There was no story dragging you along a set path. You could do dungeons completely out of order.
