I'm here to formally appologize.
I doubted you all for the last few months, but I am man enough to admit when I was wrong.
Seeing what has been released at Direct has made me realize you were all right.
Pokemon is dead.
This is garbage, and you were trying to tell me all along. But I didn't listen, I was too busy shitposting about Zodiac and abbreviations to see the light.
This franchise no longer wants me, so I will no longer be deluding myself into thinking these games are good.
And it kind of hurts to say, because I've hated genwunners and people who have said "these new pokemon aren't real, only gen 1-2 count xD"
But there comes a point at which reasonable people have to wake up.
I'm not trying to tell you that you're wrong for enjoying it. If you like Digimon for 5 year olds, that's entirely within your rights. I'll still be collecting the cards and trying to catch 'em all, but for me it all ended with XY
