Won't be used sorry. Regerator is much better. Especially if this pure grass is fast with spore and leech seed? It will be annoying to deal with access to U-turn

they don't specify if it's contact or anything so I'm guessing it's that they release cotton down when hit and in-game that ties into just lowering speed

this thing is gonna be awesome in stopping sweepers. It can come in take a hit and lower speed and then swap with regen and repeat
