the transgender movement is at odds with society because it largely demands that society share the same opinions and thoughts that they do, while not being tolerant of those who disagree with them, by way of labeling them hateful, bigots, phobics, etc.
this is a pattern of dominance, not equality

this dominance is a large portion of what makes others uncomfortable (male bodies winning women's sports, penises in women's spaces, male bodies taking up gynecologist appointments for validation, etc)
the fact that challenges to this ideology are suppressed and labeled as hatred is another form of societal dominance
