It's a chinese bootleg based on a starter leak that's so terribly done it doesn't even need to be proven fake. Just some dumb bugmen who jumped the gun too quickly.
It also doesn't match up with the /v/ leak

I’m still not convinced it’s fake. There are dozens and dozens of fake Pokémon leaks every generation. Why would they chose this design to make if it’s just as fake as the rest?

Why does it have fire ears in the second form, but then foregoes that with fire feet again? Usually they wouldn't flip flop which part of the pokemon was flaming.

It's proven fake because the Grookey3 that came with it was the "conductor" one. Real leaks say it's a drum gorilla so this bunny is fake too.
