I can actually get behind that completely. You’d think with all the butterflies they pump out they’d have a fly type. I’d want to see it get a Eevee/Oricorrio gimmick where it can evolve or have different variants that have unique types. Or if they come up with a good evolutionary design for a plain housefly I’d also love that.

The only Ghost/Bug I can feasibly imagine is if Gamefreak did a Ghost/Bug based on the concept of the the Butterfly of Death and Rebirth, and even then they’d probably water it down
