Dude I often imagine fun ways to make Vulpix suffer a slow painful death. One would involve taking on of the tails and attaching it to a handle of some sort, then attaching another to my car. I can imagine you know where this is going. Either that or capture a baby Vulpix while it's breast feeding and take it's mother Ninetales and put her in a shredder, then feed the mother to the Vulpix.
