So here's a thought that crossed my mind today.
In the Pokemon world, Pokemon themselves are typically regarded as animals. Smart animals, but animals all the same. However it has been shown several times that some Pokemon can achieve human level or near human level intelligence under the right conditions. The most famous example obviously being Team Rocket's Meowth, but that isn't even an isolated incident. Everything from legendaries to something as common as a Gastly can potentially achieve higher levels of thought and learn to speak and reason like a human being.
If a Pokemon can learn to speak and behave like a human, can they also learn to use a computer? Could a Pokemon learn to use the internet? What websites would they go to? Just imagine what a website like 4chan would be like in the Pokemon world. You could be talking to an actual non-human creature and you'd never know it. You could be talking to your own Pokemon and be completely clueless to it.
