Probably would want sprites of basically all pokemon up through Gen 8 (not even sure you'd get a chance to encounter gen 8 mons though)
But some small details would include the chance to fight a young Kukui, meeting other future characters or seeing reference to them (like Giovanni's computer referencing some events to ORAS*)
You'd also get a chance to capture later gen mons and travel to Johto where an 'original story, do not steal' would await you.
I'll share more if anyone's actually interested but I think everyone's suffered enough cancer from that autism.
*if I recall the timeline of the games right, ORAS/Ruby and Sapphire actually happen concurrently to the events of Red and Blue or maybe only six months after. I was shocked to find out myself.
