Dawn has another iconic outfit with unique hair without being too "out there". The fact that she gains a winter coat in Platinum is very cute.
Moon has a cute, dopey, innocent face (in the art, in game she's just a shitty mannequin), which goes along with her silly chicken-hat, and she stands out among the rest of the designs with her big loose shirt.
Rosa is another very high tier, cute design with a unique hair style. It's kinda weird how she sorta has white pupils, but it goes along with her sorta childish outfit.
Leaf is very simple, which is fitting considering her counterpart is Red, who's practically the base design of all pokemon trainers. She also still manages to have a fairly unique outfit without straying from the goal of being a simple design.
Lyra's cute and stands out by having a sort of "rural" outfit while the rest feel pretty modern.
Serena just looks like a Lass NPC. I never understood the appeal. Bland as fuck.
Shield isn't as generic as Serena, but nothing about her really stands out. There's no one thing I can pin to her. Even with Serena, she has the fact that she has the most voluptuous hair, but what does Shield have?
