Is it completely good? No, but it isn't shit tier like, for example, Gumshoos or Ariados. It isn't in PU, where the true shitmons lie. It is more bad than good, but it isn't completely terrible. And it has VGC, where it rules as the current king.
Anon, not everything can have base 130 speed stats and base 150+ offenses, and not everything can have base 140 defenses or ridiculous HP stats. Incineroar is more jack of all trades, focusing on bulk and power.
