Electric shit wheels that can't Spark, Drill Run, Flame Wheel, Rock Slide or Rock Tomb, not even Steamroll.
I remember I had better experience and peaked the ladder running a Specs set and a support set with Rocky Helmet and Volt Switch in Gen 5 NU. One also had Sandstorm for Shedinja stall. It's an absolute disaster of a Pokemon, now I only use the Gear Up Flash Cannon and Magnet Flux sets with Rest Talk and Binding Band Bind instead.
