Playing SoulSilver again just for the hell of it and decided to have Beedrill on my team.
What's a good moveset for him?

Definitely get U-Turn on him and when you bring him over to the current gens you can use him as a Mega for that, or X-Scissor but he mostly wants to be hit and run anyway. He gets poison jab at 37 so don't waste that TM but X-Scissor is also an option above u-turn but other pokes will use it better.

The rest is really up to you, Knock off is no good yet in that gen and it also gets Brick Break as a TM

Sadly its just not a great pokemon until it gets its megastone.
