They're one and the same, two parts of a whole.That's why they're coloured similarly to each other. I'm thinking they'll combine into one form, wielding the Sword and Shield Zacian and Zamazenta carry.

For the record, these were made quickly in photoshop based on another redesign where the guy actually drew. So the possibilities were a bit more limited.

Also the ponytail/plume looked dumb with less amount of shit on Zamazenta otherwise.
