I kinda like aromatisse. it sucks that it and slurpuff were trade evolutions, makes me think too many people passed them by for their ingame team for an easier to evolve fairy like sylveon or florges.

Game Freak needs to understand that you can have a trash design but memorable when it comes to its usability. If Aromatisse was a 600 BST monster, it would be remembered fondly despite how wretched it looks.

I guess it got late game for BW2, but that's the only exception. Besides, this guy also fell between the cracks to only show up in BW2 and gen 6 horde, and no one remembered it.

It had to be imported to a newer game in gen 4, so I'm not counting the marsh.

You can catch one early on in Colosseum, I used it there. It was a good for normal spam and eventually got Sludge Bomb but died to Earthquake a lot.

There are a lot of Pokemon that they could probably leave out, and no one will notice. All the early game bug Pokemon, or fish Pokemon for example.

I like Aromatisse though, I think it’s kind of charming. Plus Calm Mind at Lv.17, Draining Kiss at Lv. 21, Moonblast at Lv. 31, and a wide variety of supporting moves and some coverage special moves makes it pretty solid for in-game at least. Aroma Veil is a neat ability too.
