I boosted its BST and arranged its statline to match Slowbro's because I thought that would give it a more unique niche among the fairies, who are usually more specially defensive. I also gave it Overcoat since Healer blows-- even in Doubles. With Overcoat, it can function on weather teams and fuck up 'mons who rely on powders to set up.
