Playing through Soul Silver, almost at elite 4 but only have 4 concrete pokemon on my team and need something to fill up the other 2 slots.

>Lv.37 Ampharos (Discharge, Tshock (literally only for catching), charge, Twave)
>Lv.38 Togetic (ESensory, SBall, APower, Wish)
>Lv.37 Typhlosion (LPlume, FBlast, Swift, FWheel (Again, for catching, since it's modest))
I've been considering using Horsea and the fact that it evolves before level 40 is a plus, but I don't want to grind out 10,000 coins just to be able to beat lance. Mamoswine looks tempting as well, also evolves before level 40 and is easy to find. What are your thoughts, /vp/?
